Terms and Conditions

Contract for poem commission: A contract will only be deemed to exist between yourself and Pocketful of Poems, when there has been a full discussion and consultation regarding the poems requirements, agreement of these has been satisfactorily reached between both parties , and you have received a confirmation e-mail or phone call to this effect.

Delivery of Poems Poems will be either forwarded by e-mail, or dispatched by first class delivery, as requested.

Cancellation or returning of poem: Once an order for a poem has been accepted and payment received, an order cannot be cancelled.

In the unlikely event that you receive your poem and it has been damaged in transit, I will forward a replacement poem at no extra cost to yourself.

Payment: Payment is by Paypal or by Cheque (made payable to Pocketful of Poems). Please write your name and address on back of cheque ( in case I get a few Jones or Davies'! )

I accept commissions from overseas if payment is to be made via the Paypal method. All prices listed here are in pounds sterling, but Paypal will automatically convert your currency to sterling to facilitate ease of ordering. If the poem is to be posted, I will confirm the cost of carriage with you prior to accepting commission.
